Motor Development Milestones
I have received information from Mr. Jan Gervais, Occupational Therapist, on the gross motor milestones for children aged 0 – 72 months. When Jan assesses the PUF children he uses the Peabody Motor Development Assessment Charts to determine where each child is at in their development. It is a very good guideline to follow and will be available on the Playschool website shortly. We will continue to add resources to the website and send out information on the development of gross motor skills.
Carstairs Playschool Board Volunteers

The Carstairs Playschool Board is currently seeking volunteer board members. There are 6 key positions within the Carstairs Playschool board that could require volunteers. A detailed description of each position can be found on the website.
